Option number one is the CDC.  There are three child development centers on JBAB.

Center 1.  4456 Tinker Road (near the Burger King) on the Bolling side 202-767-2890

Center 2.  4455 Tinker Road (end of the street near the water) on Bolling side 202-404-8071

Center 3.  2633 Robins Road SW (on the Navy side) 202-433-0771

The CDC charges $5 per hour per child.  Please call each CDCs a week in advance to see if space is available for you child.  You will need to fill out a registration form and bring in a current shot record.  Child care is available for children aged six weeks to 5 years of age at the CDC.  

Another option is The Child Development Homes program.  This is what used to be known as Family Child Care.  Cora Dogan is the Director and she can be reached at 202-767-0951 or cora.dugan@navy.mil. CDH also charges $5 per hour per child.  She does have child care providers who can accommodate hourly care on the Bolling and Navy sides during the day.  Parents will need to call ahead and arrange a date and time through Cora.  Parents will need to fill out some registration forms, food program form, and bring a current copy of their child's shot record when dropping off their child/ren
